Joegreyan Timelords and Timeladies

After the flux had failed to accomplish its goal and swarm killed Tecteun. She was brought back through one of her contingency plans and regenerated into a male incarnation that's a little bit of Harry Potter Meets Dean Winchester. He then put one of his alternatives to the flux after Gallifrey was destroyed a second time well really the first time and he found through division archives universe MCU six hundred sixteen found some groups of people who were like his daughter The Doctor, copied everything about them, and Gallifreyan DNA structure and timelord and timelady DNA  and their DNA structures also copied, so were the deceased companions of The Doctor. The next step he took was elements copied from all of those groups from both universes. Then put a terraforming bomb with all of the material gathered into it and labeled it the new name of that planet called Joegrey. All are made to have USA-sounding languages and be able to write in Joegreyan a combination of old high Gallifreyan and circular Gallifreyan for the Joegreyan written languages.

The four founders of Joegreyan time lord and time lady society. All of them awaken with all memories intertwined but with the base code of their race that keeps them in their DNA. The College is a place where Young Joegreyans go to school and mature into Timelords and TimeLadies when they graduate The College in the 104 years standards gets to pick their title name to go by when traveling time and space in a TARDIS of their choosing and they make an oath to go with that title name.

A place in the universe

All of the people on Joegrey have all of the looks of everyone whose DNA  and essence had been used in the terraforming cycle that created their world. They all have a regeneration limit of 47 times which means 48 incarnations. They are more advanced technologically and scientifically wise. This new planet of Time Lords and Time Ladies Called Joegrey has surpassed the amount of the old planet of the Time Lords and Time Ladies on Gallifrey before its actual destruction at the hands of the Master.  This new race of time lords and Time Ladies we're accepted into this universe and seen as an improved version of them and giving them the benefit of the doubt and no one ever regretted it since.
