Marvel Avengers on a new planet in The Doctor Who universe

Jacobson has been told by people who know his parents that he looks like his father mostly and some of his mother. He has light brown eyes a combination of both parent's eye colors, and dark brown hair that is short by a couple of inches and a thin beard, and a little muscular, he is six foot one inches tall. His tardis interior is dark blue with golden lining, silver roundels, an orange floor, and a console that has all of the rest of the interior's desktop theme, and the time rotor is aqua green. He made a device that he called a Sonic Cabolter which has all of  the colors of his ship's interior design and an aqua-green emitter.

Jacobson started on his travels in search of a planet to protect and defend from any kind of threat. He saved some planets already but he just needed a main one to focus mostly on protecting. Finally, he found New Earth and was in New Britain which is different from the one on old Earth. This one has all versions of the old American English language and his Tardis took the disguise of a police booth with pale copper, pale yellow, and gray colors on it which is the colors of the law enforcement agencies on New Earth. Jacobson loves this planet and after staying there for a few years traveling it's history with him finding out after he traveled to another planet that his tardis is stuck in the disguise of a police booth from New Earth. He ended up loving it deciding that New Earth is the planet he will protect most from any kind of threats.

12 months later Amouran gave birth to Jaronacer's  Time boy and named him in their lyrical language a beautiful name. They took him home and raised him. After their son's initiation into The College taking all sorts of courses in various fields of expertise. He made a friend they exchanged names and became best friends. They had dorm rooms at the age of 50 years old when they had some classes together but their friendship soured. A few years closer to graduation it all came to a head and they had enough of each other so his friend moved to a different dorm. After graduation, Jaronacer and Amouran's son took the title name of Jacobson and his ex-friend took the title name of Calister. They both got their TARDISES off for different ways.

Jaronacer and Amouran a time lord and time lady couple after years of service in the cyber wars having already been dating one another had decided to marry each other. Jaronacer happy with his wife Amouran moved into a House TARDIS and after christening their new home they had vacations and occasionally have to intervene with things to keep them in equilibrium. Eventually, they earned top peacekeepers and problem solvers. Jaronacer and Amouran moved back to Joegrey. Once they got back from their years-long honeymoon and during it, they decided that they were gonna have a good ecstatic, and fruitful marriage. After piloting back home to Joegrey they try to have a baby and when Jaronacer and Amouran landed back home had found out they are expecting a time boy.

All of the people on Joegrey have all of the looks of everyone whose DNA  and essence had been used in the terraforming cycle that created their world. They all have a regeneration limit of 47 times which means 48 incarnations. They are more advanced technologically and scientifically wise. This new planet of Time Lords and Time Ladies Called Joegrey has surpassed the amount of the old planet of the Time Lords and Time Ladies on Gallifrey before its actual destruction at the hands of the Master.  This new race of time lords and Time Ladies we're accepted into this universe and seen as an improved version of them and giving them the benefit of the doubt and no one ever regretted it since.

Jodevintrey the first lord president, Adjesca the First Lady vice president, Obsaruk the first officer of the court, and Javescten the rules-making director. The four founders of Joegreyan time lord and time lady society. All of them awaken with all memories intertwined but with the base code of their race that keeps them in their DNA. The College is a place where Young Joegreyans go to school and mature into Timelords and TimeLadies when they graduate The College in the 104 years standards gets to pick their title name to go by when traveling time and space in a TARDIS of their choosing and they make an oath to go with that title name.

Tecteun had the monitoring centers focused on Joegrey's development over time and monitoring its historical context to see it all come together. Tecteun saw that it all going the way he had programmed it to when he sent the terraforming bomb to a dead planet and the people around that world now known as Joegrey home of the new time lords and time ladies. The new home of a time lord civilization and the first timelord democracy in which The Lord President is elected to a thirty-six-year term along with a lady vice president , A planetary congress that is elected to 12-year congressional tenures,  A continent of the court's judiciary where trails are held on. Tecteun is happy with his work and finishes it off by hitting a button that made him part of the core base code of these new time lords and time ladies of Joegreyan time lord and time lady race.

After the flux had failed to accomplish its goal and swarm killed Tecteun. She was brought back through one of her contingency plans and regenerated into a male incarnation that's a little bit of Harry Potter Meets Dean Winchester. He then put one of his alternatives to the flux after Gallifrey was destroyed a second time well really the first time and he found through division archives universe MCU six hundred sixteen found some groups of people who were like his daughter The Doctor, copied everything about them, and Gallifreyan DNA structure and timelord and timelady DNA  and their DNA structures also copied, so were the deceased companions of The Doctor. The next step he took was elements copied from all of those groups from both universes. Then put a terraforming bomb with all of the material gathered into it and labeled it the new name of that planet called Joegrey.
