A new planet

Tecteun had the monitoring centers focused on Joegrey's development over time and monitoring its historical context to see it all come together. Tecteun saw that it all going the way he had programmed it to when he sent the terraforming bomb to a dead planet and the people around that world now known as Joegrey home of the new time lords and time ladies. The new home of a time lord civilization and the first timelord democracy in which The Lord President is elected to a thirty-six-year term along with a lady vice president, A planetary congress that is elected to 12-year congressional tenures,  A continent of the court's judiciary where trails are held on. Tecteun is happy with his work and finishes it off by hitting a button that made him part of the core base code of these new time lords and time ladies of Joegreyan time lord and time lady race.

The four founders of Joegreyan time lord and time lady society. All of them awaken with all memories intertwined but with the base code of their race that keeps them in their DNA. The College is a place where Young Joegreyans go to school and mature into Timelords and TimeLadies when they graduate The College in the 104 years standards gets to pick their title name to go by when traveling time and space in a TARDIS of their choosing and they make an oath to go with that title name.

A place in the universe

All of the people on Joegrey have all of the looks of everyone whose DNA  and essence had been used in the terraforming cycle that created their world. They all have a regeneration limit of 47 times which means 48 incarnations. They are more advanced technologically and scientifically wise. This new planet of Time Lords and Time Ladies Called Joegrey has surpassed the amount of the old planet of the Time Lords and Time Ladies on Gallifrey before its actual destruction at the hands of the Master.  This new race of time lords and Time Ladies we're accepted into this universe and seen as an improved version of them and giving them the benefit of the doubt and no one ever regretted it since.
